This site was developed using Firefox - in our opinion the best all round browser, but equally, Chrome, Opera and Safari are all fit for purpose. Hove RFC would recommend Firefox to anyone, especially if you intend doing any form of web page creation. Firefox also exists on Mac and Linux platforms. For Mac users, you may wish to consider Safari which is Apple's product and this works fine on Windows too. Both Opera and Chrome have good reviews - Chrome has the might of the great Google behind it and will surely take off in a big way. Opera has always been the innovator and because it has a smaller share of the market, it is rarely targeted by the hackers and crackers - so, from a securiy aspect, possibly a good bet.
